  • Incorrect instructions provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

4. Refund Request Timeline

  • Customers must report issues within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period may not be considered.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as service credit.

6. Re-Service Policy

  • We may offer free re-ironing or re-washing instead of a refund.
  • Priority service may be provided for the next order.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before pickup without any charges.
  • Cancellation is not allowed once the service process has started.
